Mr Siddharth Sharma is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tata Trusts, one of Asia’s oldest and largest philanthropies, committed to creating a positive and irreversible impact on millions of lives through their interventions in areas such as health, education, nutrition, livelihood, sustainability, urban habitat, water, sanitation and hygiene and more.
Apart from providing administrative leadership to the Trusts, he also sits on the Boards of various not-for-profit organisations and Section 8 Companies. Prior to his appointment as the CEO of Tata Trusts, Mr Sharma was the Group Chief Sustainability Officer at TATA SONS LIMITED, where he spearheaded the Tata Group’s sustainability agenda, including crafting the Group’s ambitious ‘Net Zero by 2045’ agenda. He was, in that capacity, also the Chair of the Tata Group Sustainability Council, the apex sustainability body of the Tata Group.
He started his career in October 1992 as a civil servant and spent more than two and a half decades in key Ministries and Departments of the Government of India, including as the Financial Advisor to the 13th and 14th Presidents of India, before transitioning to the Tata Group in February 2019.

A visionary leader with over 35 years of experience, he has helped shape the nation’s defence-tech landscape while serving on the Defence Committees of both Confederation of Indian Industry and FICCI.
His leadership credentials run just as deep: a longtime member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO), with executive programs at IIM Calcutta, Harvard, Stanford and London Business School behind him.

A diplomat of rare conviction, he has placed his own life on the line to help others in conflict zones – earning, from leaders the world over, a reputation for transparent sincerity, honesty, and a legendary ability to move and motivate people.
His brilliance reaches far beyond diplomacy. A celebrated television personality across three decades and an actor in commercial films, he is also a remarkable polyglot – fluent in French, Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Bahasa Melayu, Hausa, Motu and Armenian. We’re honoured to welcome Shri P. Kunhikrishnan, former Member of the Space Commission, Government of India, and a Distinguished Scientist in the Apex grade of ISRO – Indian Space Research Organization. A towering figure in India’s space journey, he directed two of ISRO’s flagship centres – the U R Rao Satellite Centre, Bengaluru, and the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota – and served as Project Director for 13 consecutive successful PSLV missions, as well as Mission Director for the historic Mangalyaan launch.
His distinction reaches well beyond the launchpad – from chairing a key working group of the UN-COPUOS committee in Vienna, to receiving Honorary Doctorates from three universities, to being a trained Indian classical flautist. From an electronics graduate at CET to one of the architects of India’s space ambitions, Shri Kunhikrishnan brings an extraordinary perspective on vision, precision and leadership at the highest stakes.

Under his leadership, Micron India has become a rare, fully integrated semiconductor organisation – spanning research, product engineering, operations and manufacturing – with teams that have generated over 2,400 patents and invention disclosures and touched more than $90B in global revenue, anchoring advanced chip manufacturing in India.
His career is a study in depth and range – senior leadership roles at Intel and McAfee, establishing Harman India’s first manufacturing facility, and beginnings as a chip designer in Silicon Valley. We’re honoured to welcome Ms. Bhumi Satish Pednekkar – an actor whose work consistently carries meaning beyond entertainment. From her debut in Dum Laga Ke Haisha to global hits like The Royals, her films have shaped India’s social discourse: Toilet: Ek Prem Katha on sanitation and dignity, Saand Ki Aankh on the empowerment of rural women, Badhaai Do on LGBTQ+ visibility, and Bhakshak on child safety and accountability.
A Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, she is one of the rare few who blend storytelling with genuine impact. Her influence extends well beyond the screen. A committed climate advocate through her Climate Warrior initiative, she is also an entrepreneur – founder of the hydration brand Backbay Beverages and co-founder of MAIA, an AI-led media company building globally relevant Indian stories. As a UNDP Advocate for the SDGs and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Ms. Pednekkar brings a powerful perspective on purpose, creativity and change to the IIMBue stage.
We’re honoured to welcome Mr. Prasad G V, who has led Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories‘s transformation from a midsized domestic enterprise into a diversified, trusted global pharmaceutical company with revenues of USD 3.3 billion. Associated with the group since 1986 and in a full-time executive role since 1990, he champions Deep Science, Good Governance, Progressive People Practices and Sustainability – while mentoring leaders to realise their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
His impact reaches well beyond business. A graduate of Purdue University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, he serves on the Board of ISB, supports causes including WWF Telangana and Aakar Asha Trust, and has been Honorary Consul of Belgium in Hyderabad since 2019. A photographer, birdwatcher and traveller named among Outlook’s Top 50 CEOs India Has Ever Had, Mr. Prasad brings a rare blend of scientific rigour, conscience and purpose-led leadership to the IIMBue stage.
We’re honoured to welcome Mr. Boman Irani – celebrated actor, director and screenwriting mentor, and one of Hindi cinema’s most beloved figures. A late bloomer whose story defies convention, he stepped into theatre in his late 30s and made his screen debut at 44 with Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. – going on to deliver unforgettable performances in 3 Idiots, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Khosla Ka Ghosla, Don and many more, spanning comedy to drama with rare versatility.
His creativity keeps evolving. Through his initiative Spiral Bound, he mentors emerging writers, and in 2025 he wrote and directed his debut film, The Mehta Boys. A journey from modest beginnings to cinematic acclaim – marked throughout by humility, perseverance and passion – makes Mr. Irani not just a role model for aspiring artists, but a genuinely inspiring voice on reinvention and craft for the IIMBue stage.
